Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MyFluencePal website at https://myfluencepal.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be old enough to form a legally binding contract in your state or jurisdiction to use this site. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
Use of the Service
MyFluencePal is an independent information resource operated by Vision Partners International LLC. The site publishes articles and guides on topics such as grants, scholarships, affordable housing, unclaimed funds, prior learning assessment, and other consumer resources. MyFluencePal is not affiliated with any government agency, and nothing on the site is a guarantee of benefits, funding, or legal outcomes.
Acceptable Use
When using MyFluencePal, you agree to follow these rules:
- Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the site or its servers.
- Do not scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the site without our written permission.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or organization.
SMS Terms
MyFluencePal (operated by Vision Partners International LLC) operates an SMS text messaging program through which we send recurring automated text messages to subscribers who have provided prior express written consent through the opt-in form at https://myfluencepal.com/pages/sms-alerts.
By checking the dedicated, unchecked checkbox at sign-up, you give your prior express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from MyFluencePal. These messages may include account confirmations, notifications when new articles or guides are published on MyFluencePal, reminders about content you have saved, and updates about your subscription or account status.
We may send up to 30 messages per month, though message frequency varies based on account activity and content updates. Msg and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You may also revoke your consent by emailing contact@myfluencepal.com or submitting a written request to Vision Partners International LLC, 810 East 9th PL, Hialeah, Florida 33010. We will honor all revocation requests — including those made by email, phone, website form, or written request — within 10 business days.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any service or information on this site.
Your wireless carrier may receive message metadata such as delivery status as required to route SMS messages to your device.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Applications and Services
Some pages on MyFluencePal may allow you to submit an inquiry or request information about programs and resources. Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee acceptance, eligibility, or any particular outcome. Any information you submit must be accurate and complete. MyFluencePal does not process applications on behalf of any government agency or third-party program.
Intellectual Property
All content on MyFluencePal, including articles, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Vision Partners International LLC. You may read and share content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the site. You use the site at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Vision Partners International LLC, its owners, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of MyFluencePal or its content. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of income, or any harm resulting from reliance on information published on the site. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if anything, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Vision Partners International LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use of the site or your violation of these Terms. This obligation survives any termination of your access to the site.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access to MyFluencePal at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to do so for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after your access ends.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at contact@myfluencepal.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within that period, either party may proceed as described below.
Binding Arbitration
Except as provided below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of MyFluencePal, including questions about the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms, will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration will be conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or by telephone or video conference at your election. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AND VISION PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL LLC EACH AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR IN COURT, WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. IF THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS FOUND UNENFORCEABLE AS TO ANY SPECIFIC CLAIM, THAT SPECIFIC CLAIM SHALL BE SEVERED AND RESOLVED IN COURT WHILE ALL OTHER CLAIMS CONTINUE IN ARBITRATION.
Injunctive Relief
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute in arbitration.
Arbitration Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to contact@myfluencepal.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Severability
If any provision of this Governing Law and Dispute Resolution section is found unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of MyFluencePal after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
